    Almost as good as wwe2k22 but it's worth playing. Showcase mode was fun but last was better.

    AI Tuning; New MyRise.
    Bad- Constant loading screens in MyRise; Showcase mode doesn’t feel as good as last year. Thoughts- WWE 2K23 feels like a good step up from its predecessor. However, the game has to do quite a bit to justify its existence when WWE 2K22 still exists and is still perfectly playable. For those who may not be too interested in the updated roster,    Good-

    Thoughts-
    WWE 2K23 feels like a good step up from its predecessor. However, the game has to do quite a bit to justify its existence when WWE 2K22 still exists and is still perfectly playable. For those who may not be too interested in the updated roster, thankfully, the new MyRise offers quite a bit of gameplay in its own right. The creators among us will definitely find the AI tuning an incredible new feature which, while basic, will hopefully get better fleshed out down the line. Those who just want to have some fun pro-wrestling matches without too much of a hassle will also end up ultimately enjoying just about everything WWE 2K23 has to offer.    … Expand

    Why is 2K so lazy?!? They have no problems subtracting superstars that left the company a few months ago, but they can't change the gimmicks and storylines to be more current. Nothing carries over to this game from 2022, so get ready to make your characters and collect card sets ALL over again.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. nice graphics and all but these are basic things that shouldn’t be really used as an uplift for the rating, so many basic things in the wrestling world that can easily be implemented in the game are just not, don’t know whether the devs are just lazy or lack common sense but it’s pretty disappointing for fans to have to drop 60+ for this mediocrity.… Expand

    WWE 2K23 est rempli de modes excellents, mais l’action dans le ring est la principale raison de ce retour colossal. Il élimine les éléments gênants de WWE 2K22, développe ses meilleurs éléments et ajoute quelques touches subtiles pour faire bonne mesure. Bien sûr, certains lui reprocheront de ne pas être trop sanglant, mais cette série n’a jamais essayé d’être ce type de jeu de catch. Il s’agit d’une simulation de combat, avec quelques touches d’arcade qui rendent les matchs un peu plus rapides que ce que l’on voit à la télévision.    … Expand

    A real refresh to the WWE 2K Franchise, great Showcase Mode with one of WWE's biggest superstars, John Cena.

    We finally get War Games for the first time in the history of WWE Games, this is with no doubt the best WWE 2K Videogame and one of the best Videogames in WWE History.

    it's been 20 years since I played good wrestler game and after long years this is the most improved WWE game maybe number 4 after here's come the pain & shut your mouth.. and wwe 2006

    WWE 2K23 is a very solid improvement to 2K22, and the series is really repairing the damage 2K20 made. With new features and modes to pick, here is hoping the series will build on 2K23 as this is a excellent wrestling game.

    Amazing graphics, prob the best Mix of arcade and sim since HCTP. Yea some bugs here and there but if they get them cleaned up in future updates this will be one of the greatest wrestling games ever. Also the caw community are putting out some of the most realistic wrestlers ever already and launch day is today.

    Total rubbish. It's %100 same game from last year with huge price. i mean this is WRESTLING game. right ? Because this game still not has chain wrestling.. i still miss old wwe 2k games. I finished showcase mod. matches were not bad lots of important matches were missing but it makes job done.even attires are not match with original ones . its very simplified versions and not accurate.Total rubbish.     I'm just so happy this franchise is back. All the stuff from 2K22 is improved in this game. It looks better, there are new ways to play, and I am going to be spending the next 200 hours playing iteration after customized iteration.

    I have had a ton of fun so far with this game and I really love War Games. I don't like how these sports game companies pump out yearly releases, but it feels like with WWE 2K23, they focused on a diverse offering of modes with some graphical upgrades. Honestly, one of the best wrestling games I've ever played. Hella better than WWE 2K20.

    Though the Showcase mode isn’t as super as its subject, John Cena, the sharp focus on refinement instead of reinvention helps keep WWE 2K23 as the gold standard of wrestling sims.

    WWE 2K23’s more incremental bells and whistles means it’s technically an overall stronger package than 2K22. However, unlike last year, it doesn’t benefit from the rose-colored excitement of getting to play a big wrestling sim again after a years-long absence. The similarities to its predecessor means 2K23 feels more formulaic than special, but it still continues the series’ overall positive trajectory. Like watching a returning legend perform their greatest hits night after night, the novelty has faded, but I’m still pleased to have them back – for now.

    All in all, WWE2K23 is a great game with something to offer to every WWE fan past and present, no matter what your playstyle. With branching storylines and multiple sandbox modes that let you book and play whatever the hell kind of cards you can come up with, the replayability factor is off the charts. If anything 2K and Visual Concepts have shot themselves in the foot, because it's not going to be easy to top this entry in the series once the next installment rolls around.
